Message from the President

As Thanksgiving nears, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all of the planners, speakers, staff members, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees who made the 2021 OHSAM Annual Conference a great success. A special thank you goes out to Mary Whitacre, Vicki Nye, and Emily Koritz for planning and managing all of the important details, large and small, that went into this event.

Based on your feedback, I am pleased to announce that next year’s meeting will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022, in the same location.

I encourage you to stay involved with OHSAM in 2022 by:

1. Running for office
2. Joining a committee
3. Suggesting topics and speakers for the Annual Conference
4. Getting involved with advocacy efforts, and
5. Renewing your membership before the end of the year

I recognize and acknowledge all that you do on a daily basis –it is a priceless gift. Your individual efforts along with our collective voices continue to make a difference in the lives of our colleagues, our patients, and their families.  Thank you for your dedication.
